Remove any debris such as leaves, branches, and other organic matter that has accumulated over the winter. This may involve raking or blowing leaves, picking up branches, and clearing out any dead plants or vegetation.

Pruning and Trimming
Trim back shrubs, bushes, and trees to remove dead or overgrown branches and encourage healthy growth.

Weeding
Remove weeds from rock beds, flower beds, garden areas, and other landscaped areas to prevent them from competing with desirable plants for nutrients and sunlight.

Mulching
Apply fresh mulch to flower beds and around trees and shrubs to help retain moisture, suppress weeds, and improve the appearance of the landscape. Mulch also provides insulation to plant roots during temperature fluctuations.

Palm Frond Trimming
Trim down dead palm fronds and dead tree limbs.

Lawn Care
Cut Lawn, trim, edge and blow off grass clippings.

Weekly Lawn Maintenance Discount
After completing initial clean up roll over to weekly lawn maintenance. Bi-weekly during winter months.
