  • Why does nobody answer my calls?
    We may not always answer calls at times due to the high volumes and demand. But our staff members do read and review all messages in a timely fashion.
  • Why do I have to fill out a contact form in order to get an estimate?
    Filling out your information allows us a way to streamline the quoting process and deliver faster turn arounds.
  • Why was my yard skipped?
    WS Lawn Care makes every attempt at servicing our customers, but unforeseen circumstances may inhibit this for example complete wash outs in the forecast, hurricanes, during the fall/winter grass my be to short, or excessing dog waste.
  • Why must I sign up for autopay?
    The reason for this is for several reasons. First, we don't want to bill every week after reoccurring cuts are performed. Second, we bill after the work is performed in this case the first of the month. While we take on the cost for the month fuel, maintenance, etc.. we can only stay in operation once we are paid for work completed. Think of this as when you get your paycheck without getting your paycheck on time bills cannot get paid.
  • What are some fees WS Lawn Care charges?
    Some of the fees we charge are: $20 excessive grass fee over 12" $25 excessive dog waste $50 haul away $20 excessive trash removal Initial clean up fee (varies)
